Over the years, he has acquired in-depth technical knowledge and experience, participating in the preparation and auditing of Financial Statements, having the overall responsibility for auditing and signing the auditor's report.
Menas Hadjicostas is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor (ACCA) and a member of the Cyprus Association of Certified Public Accountants (SELK / ICPAC).
With more than 5 years of experience in the fields of accounting, control and taxation, Menas has covered the whole range of business activity, while gaining valuable experience as he worked in large financial services companies in Cyprus. From his position as a supervisor in a large auditing firm, Menas was responsible for a significant portfolio of clients with international and local activities.
Menas has acquired in-depth technical knowledge and experience, participating in the preparation and audit of Financial Statements, having the overall responsibility for auditing and signing the auditor's report.
Angela has more than 5 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and taxation, covering the entire range of companies. He has gained valuable experience as he worked in large financial services companies in Cyprus. From her position as an accountant, she specialized in bookkeeping, and in consulting services on VAT, social insurance and other administrative services. In addition, she is responsible for all Governmental related Services.
Demetris Kallenos is a certified lawyer and now a representative of the Cyprus Bar Association. In 2001 he studied at the Democritus University of Thrace’ Department of Law. He is a registered lawyer at the Larnaca Bar Association since 2006 and has been actively involved in law with emphasis on Criminal and individual areas of Civil Law.
In 2014 he received the Certificate of Certified Mediator (CEDR), and then in 2015 he received the permission of the Insolvency Advisor. In addition - in order to acquire practical management skills - he attended a series of seminars aimed at obtaining a degree in Business Administration.
Demetris is an active partner in the law firm of Andreou & Hji Christofis and Co LLC and since the beginning of 2021 he has become an external related partner of our audit firm.
Charalambos Charalambous is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor (FCCA) and a member of the Cyprus Association of Certified Public Accountants (SELK / ICPAC).
With more than 5 years of experience in the fields of accounting, control and taxation, Charalambos has covered the whole range of business activity, while gaining valuable experience as he worked in financial services companies in Cyprus. Furthermore, Charalambos have more than 15 years of experience in a bank as an Internal Auditor and as head for the preparation of the Financial Statements of the Company.

Ilan Uzan is a certified lawyer on behalf of the Israel Bar Association. He holds a LLM degree from Bar Ilan University and is actively involved in law, with an emphasis on the areas of commercial and civil law. In 2019 he received the Certificate of Internship in International Law from the University of Berlin. In addition - in order to acquire practical management skills - participated in a series of courses aimed at enriching knowledge in commercial-economic law.
